Service Society Project Application

Application & Guidelines

For almost thirty years, Miller Street Dance Academy has been a leader in dance education and community service. We feel that a mixture of strong dance technique, good grades, and service to our community will build high self-esteem among our dancers.

Your project will begin on the start date you requested unless you hear otherwise!

Please fill out the form below 2 weeks prior to starting your project!

  1. Fill out the application below - the start date should be at least two weeks from the day you submit the application. This allows us to properly prepare and promote your project. All details including the items to be collected and any logistics should be included on the application.
  2. Email any pictures or logos you would like included in your flyer in a high resolution .png or .jpeg format to Natalie.
  3. You will receive confirmation of the approval of your project, and a bin will be placed in the office to collect items. Each time you come to the studio, check your bin and take the items home that have been collected. This ensures that all items get to you and keeps your bin from overflowing.
  4. Tell your friends about the project!
  5. When a project is complete, please pick up the remaining donations and other items specific to your project. Oftentimes new projects are starting as one is finished so we need to make sure we have bins available for the next project.
  6. Email any photos of your project to Natalie. We love to share on our website and social media!
